Just because a company needs monthly or even weekly trademark assistance, it doesn't necessarily make financial sense for the company to hire a trademark attorney in-house full time.

 

I provide on-demand trademark counsel for companies that need regular trademark assistance from clearance searches and application filings to trademark audits, to trademark portfolio maintenance (renewing registrations, updating outdated registrations where possible, etc.). I can also coordinate with in-house counsel and branding divisions and provide monthly summaries of upcoming deadlines, the status of applications and renewals in progress, and reminders about open action items.
